TKM Commercial Cleaning Ltd has been established since 1999 and was set up by Tracey Mann, who is still Managing Director. Having been in the commercial cleaning business for some years, Tracey realised that many commercial cleaning companies in the market place were just not solving the ‘nitty gritty’ problems that clients face every day. Her aim was to set up a service that was second to none, a service that would listen, and be attentive to what its customers really wanted from a commercial cleaning company.
I just felt that other companies weren’t listening to and understanding properly what customers wanted in whatever sector they operate in. Every industry has different issues and requirements and I feel very strongly that it’s our job at TKM to understand those issues and provide a service accordingly. We like to think that we are the "listening company”.
TKM has gone from strength to strength since it started, and now has contracts covering over 50 sites in the South West of England, including cleaning 22 sites for one of the UK's most popular and successful National pub chains.
